葛の葉採集の道中。
倒木の陰で大群で移動してる赤茶色の小さな蟻を発見。
初めて見る種類で一部を採取しTwitterで聞いてみたところアミメアリだと判明しました！
改めてありがとうございます！
なにやら女王アリがおらずワーカーが単為生殖で増えていくかなり個性的なアリとのこと。
数十匹採取してきたので果たして増えるのかを確認するために飼育することに！
幼虫も少なからず居るのでどうなるか様子見。
飼育するカップはこんな感じでいきます。
あと、実験的に一匹だけ隔離して別のカップで飼育中。
果たしてそれでも増えるのかが気になるところ。
